In 1980, three cousins—Gandolfo, Tony, and Nino—left Palermo, Sicily with little more than family recipes and a dream. They arrived in Hudson County determined to build something of their own.

In North Bergen, that dream became a small pizzeria built on hard work, long nights, and tradition. With Ms. Antonia’s homemade sauces and classic Sicilian cooking at the heart of the kitchen, Gandolfo quickly became more than a restaurant—it became family.
